Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Yiting In Tech Publisher handles information when Yiting Liu uses the private tool to connect and publish to authorized social accounts.

1. Scope

Yiting In Tech Publisher is a private, owner-operated publishing workflow. It is not offered for public registration or use. This policy applies to information processed through the tool and this informational website.

2. Information processed

The tool may process connected social account identifiers, profile names, public profile information, OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted permissions, authorization status, and platform responses. It may also process scheduled content, captions, images, videos, intended publication times, publishing status, and basic post identifiers or results.

This website does not provide user accounts, advertising, analytics trackers, or contact forms. Standard infrastructure logs may temporarily record technical information such as an IP address, request time, path, device or browser information, and security events.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate connected accounts, prepare and publish approved content, check publishing results, troubleshoot failures, maintain security, and comply with applicable platform or legal requirements. The tool does not use connected-account data for advertising or unrelated profiling.

4. Legal basis and account authorization

Processing is based on the operator’s authorization of accounts she owns or is permitted to manage, the need to operate the requested publishing workflow, and legitimate security and maintenance interests. OAuth permissions can be reviewed or revoked through the relevant social platform.

5. Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the workflow, including Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and tunneling; n8n for local workflow automation; and the connected platforms themselves, including Meta services such as Instagram and Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing and sale

Yiting In Tech Publisher does not sell personal data. Information is not shared with unrelated third parties. It may be disclosed to the service providers described above, when directed by the account owner, to protect the system or its users, or when required by law.

7. Storage and security

Credentials and workflow data are kept in access-restricted systems. OAuth credentials stored by n8n are encrypted at rest, and the automation editor remains local rather than publicly exposed. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Retention and deletion

Connected-account credentials are retained while the connection is active and needed for publishing. Scheduled content and operational records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for publishing, troubleshooting, security, or legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified where practical.

To request deletion of information controlled by Yiting In Tech Publisher, email yiting@yitingliu.com. Requests will be verified and handled within a reasonable period. Information held independently by a social platform must be managed through that platform.

9. Revoking access

Platform access may be revoked from the connected account’s security or app settings. Revocation stops future API access but may not delete content already published or records a platform is independently required to retain. The operator may also delete the related credential from the private automation system.

10. International processing and children

Providers may process information in countries other than the operator’s location, subject to their safeguards. The tool is not directed to children and is not intended to collect information from anyone under 13.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the workflow or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Questions, access requests, or deletion requests may be sent to yiting@yitingliu.com.
