Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Yiting In Tech Publisher, a private workflow operated by Yiting Liu.

1. The service

Yiting In Tech Publisher is an owner-operated tool for preparing, scheduling, and publishing approved content to connected social accounts. This website provides information about that tool and its policies. It does not offer public registration, paid subscriptions, or access to the private automation dashboard.

2. Authorized use

The tool may be used only with an authorized account that the operator owns or has permission to manage. The person authorizing a connection is responsible for maintaining accurate account permissions, reviewing content before publication, and ensuring that use complies with applicable law and contractual obligations.

3. Platform terms

Use of Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, or another connected service remains subject to that platform’s terms, developer policies, community rules, technical limits, and privacy practices. Those services are independent and may change, restrict, reject, delay, or remove content or API access.

4. Content responsibility

The account owner remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights clearance, disclosures, and suitability of all text, images, video, and other material submitted for publishing. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of its content to Yiting In Tech Publisher.

5. Prohibited conduct

The tool must not be used to access an account without permission; publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful material; evade platform safeguards; distribute spam; impersonate another person; scrape or collect data without authorization; probe the private infrastructure; or interfere with the service or connected platforms.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Availability may be interrupted by local hardware, internet access, maintenance, security events, platform outages, API changes, rate limits, or review requirements. Features or integrations may be changed, paused, or discontinued when needed for safety, compliance, or operation.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated immediately if authorization is withdrawn, an account connection is no longer valid, continued operation creates security or legal risk, or these terms or platform rules are violated. Connected-platform permissions may be revoked independently at any time.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free delivery, platform approval, audience reach, or continued API availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yiting Liu and Yiting In Tech Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the tool, platform actions, failed or delayed publication, loss of access, or unauthorized use outside the operator’s reasonable control. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the workflow, platforms, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to yiting@yitingliu.com.
